99% of issues with course navigation are fixed by clearing your cache.
Clearing your cache means deleting the information your device automatically stores when visiting a new site or opening an app. Too much cache can slow your computer and prevent your computer from retaining your progress when using courses that include video and interactive elements.
Clearing your cache is easy is quick and easy to do. Follow the instructions below by browser:
Google Chrome Browser
On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More > Delete browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Delete data.
- Restart your browser
Safari Browser
1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Settings.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show features for web developers checkbox at
the bottom of the page and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
4. Note: You may want to also clear your browser history. Select the History drop-down,
then Clear History.
5. Restart your browser after clearing your cache.
Firefox Browser
1. Click the menu button (far right side) and select Settings.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
3. In the Cookies and Site Data section (1⁄2 way down), click Clear Data.
4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
5. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.
6. Restart your browser after clearing your cache.
