Issues accessing your course

We strive to provide great customer service to our students but some times technical issues can prevent from accessing your course. This article will help you to quickly get back up and running.

Issue Status Solution
When using Google Chrome on either a desktop or mobile device, students are not able to log into their courses. We are aware of the issue and have narrowed down the problem to a few potential causes. Update - This issue has been resolved 4/28/2020. Log into your course from a different browser such as Safari or Firefox on a Mac; Edge or Firefox on a PC. Internet Explorer is not supported.
